drg. Ruby graduated in 1981 from the School of Dentistry, University of Indonesia. She took postgraduate program in Health Services Administration at University of Southern California (USC), School of Public Administration and certificate program in Prosthodontic and Periodontology at USC, School of Dentistry, USA. Since then, she has refined her skills by learning variety of advanced esthetic, full mouth reconstruction training courses, ie GIDE/UCLA advance master in Esthetic program, Fellow of International Congres of oral implantology.
